Le sommeil est essentiel pour \u00eatre en bonne sant\u00e9 pour tous les \u00e2ges \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>En tant que smartsitter, il t&rsquo;arrive de devoir coucher les enfants lors de tes gardes ? Tu as donc connu la lutte pour coucher les enfants. Les parents qui te disent \u201cil doit \u00eatre couch\u00e9 \u00e0 20h\u201d, mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 : \u201cIl est 21h30, s&rsquo;il te plaaaait, va te coucher\u00a0\u00bb. La m\u00e9ditation va t\u2019aider \u00e0 dompter le <a href=\"https:\/\/lesmartsitting.fr\/blog\/sommeil-de-lenfant-astuce-pour-sendormir\/\">sommeil de l\u2019enfant<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b><span style=\"color: #0070b2;\">Mat\u00e9riels n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation pour dormir<\/span><br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s simple : dans la chambre de l\u2019enfant, apr\u00e8s le rituel du coucher, installe l\u2019enfant confortablement sur son lit avec :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>son doudou<\/li>\n<li>une verre d\u2019eau \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 (afin qu&rsquo;il ne se rel\u00e8ve pas)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #d4006b;\"><b>Comment m\u00e9diter avant de dormir?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pour commencer, invite l&rsquo;enfant \u00e0 se concentrer sur sa respiration. Une m\u00e9thode efficace et simple est celle de la \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/papapositive.fr\/la-respiration-au-carre-une-technique-pour-sapaiser-et-mieux-se-concentrer\/\">respiration au carr\u00e9<\/a>\u201d en 4 temps :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Inspire en comptant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 4<\/li>\n<li>Retient ta respiration en re-comptant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 4<\/li>\n<li>Souffle pendant 1, 2, 3, 4 secondes<\/li>\n<li>Reste poumons vides en comptant encore 4 temps. Et on recommence !<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dans un second temps, tu vas faire une petite pause entre les deux exercices de m\u00e9ditation pour dormir. Avec l&rsquo;enfant \u00e9coutez le silence. Propose-lui de se concentrer sur les bruits qui l&rsquo;entend, sans rien dire. Ensuite, demande lui ce qu&rsquo;il a entendu, une voiture au loin ? Le lave-vaisselle qui tourne ?<\/p>\n<p>En dernier lieu, installe l&rsquo;enfant dans son lit. Allong\u00e9, mains pos\u00e9s sur le ventre, invite le \u00e0 imaginer que son ventre est un ballon :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>D&rsquo;abord demande lui d&rsquo;inspirer de l&rsquo;air de sorte \u00e0 gonfler le ballon<\/li>\n<li>Puis on d\u00e9gonfle le ballon, en soufflant par la bouche.<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s plusieurs respirations : laisse-le visualiser que le ballon va s&rsquo;envoler dans sa derni\u00e8re expiration et qu&rsquo;il va ainsi emmener avec lui tout ce qui lui fait peur.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b><span style=\"color: #ffcf00;\">\u00c0 quoi \u00e7a sert de m\u00e9diter avant de dormir ?<\/span><br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, ces exercices de m\u00e9ditation avant de dormir, permettent \u00e0 l\u2019enfant de <b>se d\u00e9tendre<\/b> avant le coucher et de ressentir une v\u00e9ritable<b> sensation de bien-\u00eatre<\/b>. Aussi, la m\u00e9ditation est id\u00e9ale pour un enfant tr\u00e8s dynamique. En effet, c\u2019est un moment privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pendant lequel il se calme, le rythme cardiaque diminue et son corps est pr\u00eat \u00e0 accepter le sommeil.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De plus, pour faciliter l&rsquo;endormissement de l&rsquo;enfant, tu peux aussi <a href=\"https:\/\/lesmartsitting.fr\/blog\/fabriquer-un-attrape-reve\/\">fabriquer un attrape r\u00eave<\/a>, afin de capturer
